Precious Reader, what Times we live in! Did you know I live in Germany? We do have our own government muddle over here, but the US?? I´m truly aghast with the ever mounting irrationality and instability that my US friends live in. Every morning, first thing, I head over to Heather Cox Richardson´s blog "Letters of an American" to read about the latest crazy move. The feelings that arise set the tone of the day. Worry. Anger. Feeling impotent and helpless to change anything. Not really a nice start of the day. Today´s start was lighter, as I listened to the following story: Imagine a family meeting, some folks going off to watch a football match and starting to get really excited. Cheering their team on, starting to mock-fight amongst themselves, the noise and even some mounting anger at their team´s performance. Some of the gals having enough and deciding to join their friends on the terrace, overlooking a beautiful meadow, kids playing, and a delicious cuppa something in their hands. Music and laughter. Chatting, laughing and having a good time - while the guys got upset over football. The gals stayed in their good mood. Can you do this today as well?Instead of joining the general anxiety about war and injustice - turn to be with your friends in a good space. Even when sitting on the terrace, you know about the soccer game, maybe hear the guys clamoring. Still, you maintain your focus on the community around you. Both is here, the joy and the fear. What you focus on, persists. I choose to focus on the good stuff. What do You choose? Have a lovely day, Wiebke

Beautiful Reader, thank you so much for registering to the TRW Dialogue of Imelda Almqvist and me - The Land keeps the Score - Healing the Trauma held in the Earth. In case you did not make the call - you can watch it here. The call ended really abruptly due to a technical issue, so we did not make it in time for the planned Q&A session. I would like to offer the opportunity of a Q&A to you, whether you were part of our conversation on Sunday or decide to watch the recording now. Did any of...
Lovely Reader, I hear the question mark: ?What´s a Pebble Talk? It´s an easy, fun way to move thru a difficult situation. Do you live through any weird situation right now, with a boss or a coworker - or some long standing struggle (family, anyone?) that you just cannot get a handle on? Stuff happening behind the scene – you know there´s something coming and you just cannot grasp it. That is when we take out the pebbles: You tell your story and I put down key players on the game board....
Brilliant Reader, do you take note of the change of seasons, the progress of the year? Now´s the time to pick the first fruits: strawberries.
